How does application and reservation work?

At Elysium Spa, we have a unique booking concept, via our mobile application. This allows you to see the occupancy of the saunas during the day and conveniently choose the date that suits you the best. Our Spa has a limited capacity to maintain the maximum comfort of our guests (indoor sauna 14 people, outdoor sauna 6 people). Therefore, booking through the application is the ideal way.

You can also order additional services for your reservation: massages, bank massage and drinks, or invite your friends to a sauna – the so-called buddies.

What data do you fill in and why?

When registering you fill in your details: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail, face KEY and payment card. It will take you about 7 minutes to fill in the data and create a face KEY.

Thanks to face KEY, the system in the Elysium Spa will recognise you and allow you to choose and open a locker or to purchase drinks, cosmetics and sauna accessories.

All this without the need for staff. We have tablets on the walls, that can capture the face (face KEY) and allow you to perform the necessary actions.
